  1. The following is a list of mods by NG PEI SIN of Singapore.  A similar
  2. listing is included in most of the .ZIP files, along with lyrics to some
  3. of the songs, although the mods themselves have no lyrics.  
  4.  
  5. The style is basically soft, light and airy, musical, melodic and non-techno. 
  6. (I *think* that covers it...) 
  7.  
  8. They are currently being posted on alt.binaries.sounds.misc by someone who
  9. is downloading them from a BBS in Singapore.  I will be uploading them as 
  10. they appear, so it may be a while before all of them show up. 
  11.  
  12. They have been zipped using pkzip1.1 and unzip fine using PKAmigaZip 1.01.
  13. Due to my slow modem and many errors when uploading, I am sending these as
  14. they came off of USENET rather than risk transmission errors by my attempting
  15. to .lha them.  This way I -KNOW- they will work!
  16.  
  17. They were created under MS-DOS, but I have played them on Multiplayer, and 
  18. they seem to work just fine.

  78.         following softwares. The mixing speed tested  is  given  is  the
  79.         mixing speed used to test this [MOD] song. Due to the limits  of
  80.         a 12MHz system, many of the softwares are tested  with  a  lower 
  81.         mixing speed. In most cases, the higher the  mixing  speed,  the
  82.         better the sound quality.

  109.         higher pitch. This can cause the whole song to sound wrong.

  114.         used by the [MOD] song.

  116.       * MODPLAY PRO v2.19b Users

  118.                 Users using MODPLAY PRO v2.19b have  to  switch  on  the
  119.         protracker mode of MODPLAY PRO v2.19b. The default mode is  off.
  120.                 To switch on :
  121.                  1) Load the file MODPLAY.CFG with a text editor
  122.                  2) Search for the a section on protracker mode
  123.                  3) Change "protracker off" to "protracker on"
  124.                 
  125.                 This is will enable the volume sliding function which do
  126.         not work if protracker mode is set off. Other players tested has
  127.         no problem on volume sliding.
  128.                 Future  ProLogic 303 Software  [MOD]  songs  productions
  129.         will make use of the volume  sliding  function  to  enhance  the
  130.         quality of the [MOD] songs. Please ensure that  protracker  mode
  131.         is on when playing [MOD] songs from ProLogic 303 Software.
